They've done this to me. It causes severe pain, loss of balance, decrease in STM, visual problems, loss of concentration, ear ringing, and can induce seizures or strokes. Fantasy? Not hardly. This technology is in the hands of paid thugs, that act as criminal gangs. They need to be put in prison for life, death is too good for them. They are creatures from HELL.
One of my tormentors left me a message on a blog, it stated, "We can ring your brain like a piece of meat and it can take a month to recover." No truer words were ever spoken by a perp.
