First time I ever heard this, I was sitting in a cabin deep in the Florida wilderness, counting out a triple fistful of cash from a brown paper bag. I had gotten paid for a trip Down South, one of those I barely escaped with my life. Piles of hundreds were neatly stacked on the dining room table. We had retreated to that beautiful, serene place to fall back and regroup and lose the PTSD. This was plying on the radio in the other room and I couldn't believe my ears. The rhythm bass, the mystical lead guitar and the hoarse lead vocal. That was so very many years ago and I will never forget it. So enjoy. This music is timeless.
