Aggravated stalking.  A forcible felony.  Defined in the Florida statutes in the same category as murder, rape, assault, armed robbery, and armed burglary.

In Florida, aggravated stalking, along with the other forcible felonies, allows the use of deadly force in defense of life or in the event of the danger of great bodily harm to the innocent, by the victim or the observer of these heinous crimes.

Those who engage in this behavior directed at me may not be aware of this.

Just thought I would enlighten you a bit as to the degree of risk you are assuming.
